MAID SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Mammoth Reservation Bureau offers an in-house Maid Service and Maintenance department that provides your unit with outstanding care and cleanliness. Our Maid Service Supervisors are available to speak with you personally 7-days a week. Your unit is cleaned shortly after each departure. Inspectors will go through your unit employing a checklist to ensure that your unit was cleaned properly. Staff members periodically visit your unit in between occupancies to confirm your unit's security. Mammoth Reservation Bureau always has qualified maintenance personnel standing by to handle problems that may arise in your unit. We immediately send one of these knowledgeable staff members to your unit to evaluate a situation. When possible, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate course of action.

Mammoth Reservation Bureau remains open 7 days a week, 365 days per year, with extended check-in hours during busy holiday periods. Our extended hours facilitate late-night arrivals, reservation phone calls and provide staff members for you to talk to at any time!  Staff is also on-call 24 hours a day for any situations that may arise.  Mammoth Reservation Bureau collects all rent prior to arrival date and collects a substantial security deposit from each guest to insure your unit against damages. Our central office is located at 94 Old Mammoth Road, near the corner of Old Mammoth Road & Main Street. Our building is the first Reservation Company one can see as they enter town, making check-in convenient and maximizing walk-in business. And our rental statements and checks are always sent out by the 10th of each month!
