"Great location!" - Guest rated this rental as 4 stars out of 5 stars: We loved the location. Walking distance to most things - food, festival. We stayed there 2 years ago and it was nice to see the remodeled bathroom. They did a nice job with it. The only thing that needs attention is the bed. WAY TOO SOFT. We didn't get a good night sleep the whole week we were there. -By Ninja500 from California on 9/12/17 for a stay in September 2017

"You get what you pay for" - Guest rated this rental as 3 stars out of 5 stars: Very affordable rental, pet friendly, and short walking distance to the village. The cleanliness of the rental was subpar, however, we've found that most units in this price range that are pet friendly have generally been this case. There is dirt and bits of food on the couches, pet hair on the floors, carpet in the shower/bathroom (which is really disgusting when you think of the amount of mold growing under that carpet), no a/c, no fans, and the television was sitting on two pieces of shelving on the fireplace creating a hazard for my toddler. We made the best of our stay, because finding affordable pet friendly units in Mammoth is very difficult. -By raynabhumpherys from Castaic, CA on 7/20/16 for a stay in July 2016

"Just ok" - Guest rated this unit as 3 stars out of 5 stars: My husband son and I recently stayed here for some fishing fun. The condo with one room wasn't very clean. The rug was really dirty and bathroom faucet leaked. Other than that not to bad. The onsite manager was really nice and helpful. It is in a great location too! Regardless we would stay there again. -By Paula A from Southern California on 7/4/13 for a stay in June 2013

"Great location for weekend skiing." - Guest rated this rental as 3 stars out of 5 stars: Mammouth Reservations made it easy once we'd picked our location for a weekend rental. Didn't need the car since restaurants were within walking distance and the New Village gondola was a just as close. We do love Mammoth. -By Lee from Redondo Beach, CA on 2/27/13 for a stay in February 2013

"Cozy condo" - Guest rated this rental as 4 stars out of 5 stars: This condo was a nice fit and is one of the newer condos in mammoth. The dining table is high and round with high nicely padded stools that lead to the balcony loaded also nicely with stacked firewood. But use the wood that is dry and stashed under the fireplace; there were two small ziploc bags of fire stick starters and matches in front of the fireplace that we did use but the newspapers left under the fireplace were better starters. In the bedroom be mindful of your head if you walk to the other side of the bed where a nice flat screen tv is hung. Bathroom shower/tub is a little tight. The sliding door latch was very difficult to open and close - reported that to management when we dropped off the keys. Parking lot is underground and secure with rollup doors; great during winter; there is no elevator from parking to the condo floors, inconvenient when unloading/loading - couldn't find loading area. Entire building is secure with push button code panel above all doorknobs. Indoor jacuzzi and pool were close by in a separate location; enjoyed the large windows for the view and especially the one right in front of the jacuzzi that was open to release the chlorine steam while enjoying the sun. This condo is on the first floor at ground level; on the last night, the dwellers above were stomping around for hours starting at 4:30 in the morning! -By Criticzee from Altadena, CA on 2/25/12 for a stay in February 2012

"The Blizzard" - Guest rated this rental as 3 stars out of 5 stars: The weather was terrible but the condo was fine. Easy check in and out. We chose the unit because of it's location close to lifts, which hadn't changed. Overall a fine time. We would return to this unit. -By Jeff from Los Angeles, CA on 1/28/12 for a stay in January 2012
