This is a beautiful, fully-remodeled condominium with custom granite countertops and tile throughout! It is a nonsmoking, 2-bedroom and a loft unit with 4 bathrooms and a 5 star rating. This unit is located next to the new Village at Mammoth and has a view of the Sherwin Mountains. It also has a private ski locker (#7) which is located in the hallway on the 1st floor of this complex (please do not bring ski/snowboard equipment into this unit). It has a full kitchen, microwave, 2 fireview woodburners (one in the master bedroom), 4 high definition flat screen TVs, 3 DVD players (in the living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, and loft), surround sound in the living room, free wireless internet access, BBQ, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and a phone. The living room has a queen size fold-out couch and full size futon, the master bedroom has a king size bed and full size futon, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size futon, and the loft has 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 beds) where the bottom is a double size and the top is a single and 2 full size futons. There are two balconies, both with a great mountain view, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. There are a few stairs to reach the hallway of this complex and this unit is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. It also has 3 levels inside connected with a narrow spiral staircase. The entry level has the living room, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom. Upstairs is the loft with a bathroom and downstairs are both bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (all bathrooms have beautiful tilework in the showers, granite countertops and high-end fixtures). We brought some odd items from home, because sometimes they are not available, but this place had a very well stocked kitchen! The sofa is big and comfy and the condo sleeps a lot of people. "Great condo---except hot water for showers greatly lacking!!!" - Guest rated this rental as 4 stars out of 5 stars: Great condo---except they advertise for 12 people. We found that after a day of skiing , only a couple of showers could be taken without running out of hot water. Very disappointing , considering what they charge for the week before Christmas. Other than that, a great condo, well stocked and very comfortable. This was our 3rd time renting the condo during the same week. Each time we have reported the short coming, and each time no change has taken place. Reflects badly on their interest in customer satisfaction. "Great Condo!" - Guest rated this rental as 5 stars out of 5 stars: We have rented several different condos @Fireside but this was our first time in this condo. We all agreed this was the best one. It was great having a bathroom up in the loft area. Plenty of seating for all of us to eat- great couch to relax and enjoy the fire. Kitchen was stocked w/ all the necessities. The condo we stayed in was beautiful!! Each room had it own bathroom and with 11 of us it worked out great. The great room was a perfect size for us all to sit comfortably and we took full advantage of the fireplace! Private parking was a huge plus!! No scraping off the snow!
